RURAL EMERGENCY OBSTETRIC TRAINING
At this pre-AEFCM 1-day workshop on Rural Emergency Obstetric Training, participants learn about neonatal resuscitation, breech birth, postpartum haemorrhage, antepartum haemorrhage, pre-eclampsia, shoulder dystocia and more. The maximum number of participants is 20.
The workshop is being held in English on 4 November and offered in French and English on 5 November 2024.
A subsidised rate is being made available via a Humanitarian Project of Rotary International with a focus on Maternal and Child Health in cooperation with HandUp Congo, AMURDC and ACRRM.
Dr Grace Maano and Dr Etwell Mari, Fellows of Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine will be two of the Instructors.
